AMSTERDAM VS CUENCA







Stockholm, beautiful city of Europe, is the capital of Sweden. Stockholm has been the political and economic center of Sweden, is the site of the National Swedish Government, the Parlament and th Official Residence of the Swedish Monarch.
Stockholm has a population of 1,949,516 (December 2007). The metropolitan area of Stoc Its strategic location on several islands on the east coast of Sweden at the mouth of Lake Mälaren, by the Stockholm archipelago, has been historically important.
Stockholm is very Known by its Museums, Conservatoryes, Faculties of Economy, medicin and physics.
It has a lot of channels inside the city, I think it seems like Venicia or Amsterdam.
Each one of its neighbohoods has diferent styles, with gothyc churches and romanic houses.
Also it has mountains like Soder or Gamlastan.
We can visit too the Medieval buildings, malls, the fantastic forest of Djurgarden or the comercial avenues located near Stureplan.

Cuenca
Cuenca is one of the most beautiful cities of Ecuador. It is located in the south of this country. It has a population of 450000 people. Its known by its cultural and landscape wealth. It has four rivers; Tomebamba, Yanuncay, Tarqui and Machángara. It is known too by its beautiful downtown, La Inmaculada curch and the Parque Calderón. Also it has many museums, galeries, handicrafts places, and a lot of nature.
You can visit El Barranco where you can see Republican buildings, species of trees like sauce llorón and a lot of birds.
We have too The Cajas National Park where you can see a lot of lagoons like Toreadora and do hiking do camp or see birds or fishing.

Diferences:
Stockholm is lower than Cuenca because the first is at the same level of the see, but Cuenca is about 2530 above see level.

Stockholm is more crowded than Cuenca because the first has near to 2 million of peopple, but Cuenca has 450000 people.

Stockholm is more crowded than Cuenca.

Cuenca has less museums than Stockholm.
